Pamoja Capital invests in Nordhealth

Nordhealth and its subsidiaries Finnish Net Solutions, Estonian Net Solution OU and Navicre Oy have entered into a partnership agreement with Pamoja Capital and one of its principals, Charles MacBain.

Headquartered in Espoo, Finland, Finnish Net Solutions developed Provet Net, Provet Cloud and Diarium, leading cloud-based veterinary and therapy practice management software solutions in the Nordics. With Pamoja’s partnership, Nordhealth intends to continue strengthening its product portfolio in veterinary and healthcare software and to accelerate international expansion into new regions.

Pamoja means ‘togetherness’ in Swahili and is the investment group that manages the funds of the McCall MacBain Foundation. Pamoja’s mission is to create value through long-term, socially-responsible, global investments across a number of industry sectors, including education, healthcare, information technology, real estate as well as media and communications. The group has a successful track record of helping businesses develop and grow internationally and has a very long-term approach to its collaborations.
